As long as you are not sending hazardous material such as dry ice or biological material, then United Parcel Service will be cheaper. You can use this online tool to compare prices between UPS, DHL, Fed Ex and USPS.
Mail Service Center does not provide any support or supplies for Federal Express beyond the Fed Ex Airbills.
